Issued exclusively for qualified foreign professionals providing technology transfer services to a Brazilian company through training, with no employment relationship.

Process initiated in Brazil by the sponsoring company, with the submission of the application and supporting documents. Approval transmitted to the Consulate via the Ministry of Foreign Affairs before the applicant can lodge the visa application.

Length of Stay in Brazil:
⦁ Validity period: Up to 1 year from the visa issue date.
⦁ Duration of stay: Up to 1 year, counted from the date of the first entry.
Non-extendable duration.

The Brazilian Ministry of Justice and Public Security analyzes prior residence permit for the temporary visa based on specific documents:

⦁ Copy of the contract, cooperation agreement, or agreement demonstrating the situation.
⦁ Declaration of the interested company in the case of technical cooperation within the same group.
⦁ Simplified training plan detailing professional qualifications, training scope, execution, number of Brazilians trained, location, target company(ies), duration, and expected results.
